Junior Recruitment Consultant/ Intern
Moonwalk Recruitment Solutions is a leading provider of human capital solutions to specializing in recruiting senior professionals for a wide range of global investment banks, blue chip companies, strategy consultants, hedge funds, asset management, M&A and corporate finance boutiques and trading houses. We are London and Riga Based Company willing to expand in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
About The Role

Your Daily Tasks
- Building relationships with clients: regularly consulting clients and candidates to ensure their recruitment needs are met.
- Candidate engagement: Screen CVs, communicate and interview candidates to establish position suitability.
- Utilize job boards, internal database, and social media to find high-quality professionals.
- Generate new business through business development.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, salary, and consulting rates.

- Fluent English language skills
- Comfortable with cold and warm calling
- Computer literate: Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ambition, drive, and hunger to succeed both personally and professionally.
- A positive can-do mindset
- A confident and outgoing personality with a passion for networking and engaging with different people.
