Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Создавать понятную и гибкую архитектуру - проектировать масштабируемые, надёжные и удобные в сопровождении системы.
  • Показывать пример классного кода - решать сложные задачи и делиться с командой лучшими инженерными практиками (Clean Code, DDD, TDD).
  • Помогать команде расти - менторить разработчиков, проводить код-ревью, делиться опытом и вдохновлять ребят становиться увереннее и сильнее.
  • Заботиться о продукте и пользователях - тесно взаимодействовать с продактами и бизнесом, вникать в задачи и предлагать действительно полезные решения.
  • Следить за стабильностью и производительностью - настраивать грамотный мониторинг, быстро решать инциденты и заранее оптимизировать сервисы под высокую нагрузку.
  • Автоматизировать процессы - от тестов до релизов, чтобы фичи быстро, безопасно и без стресса попадали к пользователям.

Ты Нам Подходишь, Если

  • Отлично знаешь и TypeScript (6+ лет).
  • Имеешь опыт проектирования архитектуры (Clean Architecture, DDD, микросервисы).
  • Хорошо разбираешься в базах данных (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
  • Уже создавал надёжные и безопасные RESTful API, понимаешь важность стандартов безопасности (GDPR, PCI-DSS, OWASP).
  • Работал на позиции Senior Developer, Team Lead, Tech Lead или Engineering Manager суммарно от 4 лет.
  • Можешь просто и доступно объяснять сложные технические вещи и разработчикам, и бизнесу.

Будет Круто, Если Есть

  • Опыт работы с очередями и событийной архитектурой (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Бэкграунд в финтехе, платежных сервисах или BNPL.
  • Практический опыт настройки систем мониторинга, логирования и алертинга (ELK, Sentry, OpsGenie).
  • Опыт оптимизации высоконагруженных распределенных систем.
