Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Internal Auditor at InfinBANK, located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The Internal Auditor will take part in assurance and consulting engagements and prepare documentation according to the internal framework. Daily tasks include evaluating internal controls, performing tests of details, identifying and evaluate areas of risk, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations and standards. The auditor will also perform root cause analysis and work out SMART recommendations promoting effective and efficient operations within the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in banks (knowledge of loan and deposit lifecycle would be a significant plus)
• Analytical skills (e.g. cause and effect analysis)
• Effective communication skills (ability to express one's opinion clearly, both verbally and in written)
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Banking, or a related field
• Strong commitment to continuous professional development
• An ideal candidate should know Uzbek, English and Russian languages
