Python Developer

Evertech is seeking a talented and motivated Python Developer to join our team at the Middle/Senior level. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust applications, building scalable solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings. Your expertise in Python programming and web frameworks will be crucial to the success of our projects.

• Develop and maintain high-quality Python applications and services.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and web services.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues to enhance user experience.
• Engage in code reviews and maintain best practices in software development.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technology evaluations to drive best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Python and software development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Python.
• Strong proficiency in web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM frameworks.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to development challenges.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
• Understanding of Docker and containerization technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
