Production Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Production Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Samarkand.

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled equipment maintenance according to manufacturer's guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of faults and their solutions, monitor operators' entries regarding reasons for and duration of equipment downtime.
• Conduct regular technical inspections of production lines jointly with operators and line supervisors.
• Create and execute a preventive maintenance schedule in coordination with the department head.
• Carry out lubrication work and implement progressive norms for lubricant material consumption.
• Train and supervise operators and line supervisors in repair and lubrication work.
• Evaluate and address any issues on the line either by your own team or with the help of operators and line supervisors.
• Ensure proper operation of equipment and prevent failures.
• Provide timely information on the status of production equipment.
• Order necessary spare parts and lubricants to ensure uninterrupted operation of production lines.
• Maintain a log of completed technical work, identified faults, and repairs.
• Schedule equipment servicing according to the preventive maintenance schedule and inspection requirements.

• Degree in Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years working as an engineer in facilities with high-speed production lines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Intermediate level of English (ability to read and understand technical documentation).
• Ability to read mechanical drawings of machinery from various manufacturers.
• Knowledge of the purpose of all equipment on the production line and how they interact.
• Experience working with high-speed production lines, skills in equipment setup and control.
• Ability to quickly address breakdowns and out-of-norm situations, attention to detail.
• Ability to train and collaborate with operators and line supervisors.
