Shefa LTD is a company specializing in the
Dental, Beauty, and FMCG
industries. As we expand our presence in Uzbekistan, we are looking for a
dynamic and ambitious Director
to lead our operations in Tashkent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily operational tasks assigned by top management.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers in
  Europe and the USA.
• Evaluate and compare supplier offers, ensuring best pricing and terms.
• Negotiate contracts and manage long-term supplier partnerships.
• Represent the company at
  trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Oversee
  import/export logistics and customs clearance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with
  local product legislation and registration requirements.
• Train and support the sales team, introducing new supplier products effectively.
• Perform additional duties to support company growth.

Requirements:

• Uzbekistan citizenship
  and residence in Tashkent.
• Strong knowledge of
  Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet tools.
• Excellent
  negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Advanced in English
  (both written and spoken).
• Proactive, result-oriented, and ambitious mindset.
• Experience in the
  Dental, Beauty, or FMCG
  industries is a strong advantage.
