We are seeking a visionary Growth User Acquisition Lead to join our dynamic team. In line with our company's values of "go global" and "grow together," you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies to attract and retain users on a global scale, fostering a collaborative environment that drives our collective success.
Responsibilities:
- Optimizing marketing sources by analyzing current performance channels and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Controlling budget efficiency by evaluating return on investment and adjusting the acquisition strategy as needed
- Managing traffic and conversion funnels, tracking key metrics, and measuring the effectiveness of user acquisition efforts
- Launching, developing, overseeing, and scaling growth initiatives across core regions
Requirements:
- Have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on mobile apps
- Are familiar with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), TikTok, and other acquisition channels
- Have experience managing large budgets and optimizing their performance
- Know tracking platforms like AppMetrica, AppsFlyer, and Adjust
- Possess a deep understanding of mobile attribution and fraud prevention
- Can analyze acquisition efficiency not only by CPI, CAC, and CR, but also through deeper product metrics
- Know how to work with data, funnels, and attribution models
- Have launched and scaled new markets
- Are fluent in English
