Finance Manager

Job Purpose: To be responsible for financial modeling, analysis, projections & budgets for new projects, ensure adherence of actuals to budget as well as compliance needs and to coordinate with the lenders as appropriate.

Core Responsibilities

• To prepare the financial budget along with the Project Head in accordance with the lenders agreement
• To review budget requests for approval and forecast future budget needs of the projects proposed
• To prepare costing reports and ensure compliance reporting in terms of revenue recognition and expenditure allocation
• To create all the required MIS and variance analysis reports on a Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly basis
• To prepare Budget vs Actual Capex reports for the management as well as any other related stakeholders
• To review and suggest ways to achieve cost effectiveness and prepare the financial statement
• To ensure adherence to all legal, secretarial, audit and any other related compliances
• To prepare and follow up capex Budget vs Actual reporting to internal and external stakeholders, taxation & auditing
• To identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period and report as appropriate
