Supervision Engineer
(Civil Engineer & Concrete Structure Expert) for our wind farm construction project in
Kungrad, Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan
.

Ideal candidates must have professional knowledge on concrete structure production, delivery and installation and must have hands-on experiences in concrete structure prefabrication and installation.

Interview for this position will start from
mid September 2025
.

Key Responsibities

• Review the concrete tower manufacturer's Quality Management System (QMS), Quality Plans, Inspection Procedures/Test Protocols, and Final Completion Reports to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Conduct witness inspections (W/H/R points), surveillance checks, and other quality control activities during the equipment fabrication process.
• Coordinate with relevant parties (suppliers, contractors, clients) to ensure smooth project execution and timely progress.
• Identify and address quality issues during surveillance, track corrective actions, and verify the implementation of solutions.
• Organize and participate in quality review meetings, technical discussions, and special inspections as required.
• Prepare supervision logs, daily reports, weekly progress reports, and other documentation.
• Perform other assigned duties related to quality surveillance and project supervision.

Qualications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in civil engineering
• Familiar with concrete production standards, codes, and inspection procedures.
• Familiar with QA/QC workflow.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of concrete materials, construction techniques, and potential issues like cracking or structural failures.
• Strong learning ability, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic project management software.
