Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tashkent for the Sales Manager position. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and promoting travel services offered by the company. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with international and local clients, preparing personalized travel packages, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets
  • Experience in customer service, account management, and maintaining client satisfaction
  • Communication skills, including strong interpersonal abilities, negotiation, and fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages like German, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese is advantageous
  • Knowledge of travel and tourism, including the ability to create tailored travel packages and understanding of the Central Asian tourism market
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
