EPC Water/Wastewater Engineering Support: Procurement Team

MESMER is looking for specialized
Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil Engineers
to act as the technical backbone for our procurement process in critical water/wastewater EPC projects. Ensure all equipment, components, and materials meet the technical specifications and quality standards before purchase.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Tender & Specification Development: Prepare the technical part of tender documents and detailed Technical Specifications/Datasheets for equipment (pumps, switchgear, concrete, etc.).
• Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE): Lead the technical review of vendor offers for compliance with project specifications and international/local codes.
• Quality Assurance: Review vendor documents (drawings, performance curves) and participate in FAT/Inspections to ensure quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a relevant Mechanical, Electrical and Civil engineering role, preferably within the Water/Wastewater (W/WW) sector.
• Strong technical knowledge corresponding to your discipline's equipment/materials focus, including preparation of tender documents.
• Familiarity with local Uzbekistan technical norms and international standards is a must.
• Language Proficiency: Knowledge of English (B2) and Uzbek/Russian is mandatory.
