Root Mapper

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Root Mapper, located in Mirzo Ulugbek. The Root Mapper will be responsible for conducting detailed mapping of organizational or logistical processes, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting process improvements. Day-to-day tasks include data collection, analysis, and visualization, as well as collaborating with team members to present findings and implement strategies. The role may also involve documenting workflows and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and process mapping skills, including attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience with data collection, data analysis, and creating detailed reports
• Proficiency in tools for mapping and visualization; familiarity with software like Visio or similar tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a structured environment
• Educational background in Business Processes, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in a workflow analysis or logistics-focused role is advantageous
