The role:

We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Processor (Processing) to join our team at the picturesque Dover Processing site, located just 40 minutes south of Huonville. This is a permanent role with a 5/3 roster, offering a chance to lead a small team, support the Team Leader, and play a key role in meeting production targets while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Meet daily production targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Multitask effectively while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Supervise and support a small team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist the Team Leader in achieving operational goals.
• Uphold Tassal's commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Role requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in wet processing or fish manufacturing (highly desirable).
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a hyper-fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Leadership experience is an advantage.
• Forklift licence (highly desirable).
