Content Creator

Location: Hybrid - Tashkent  

Employment type: Service Agreement

Remuneration: base pay. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop compelling content for a variety of digital channels, including websites, email campaigns, and social media.
• Produce engaging multimedia content, including short-form videos, with occasional on-screen participation.
• Ensure all content reflects brand identity, values, and tone of voice.
• Write persuasive and impactful copy to drive engagement and conversions.
• Capture and repurpose key moments from events into creative digital assets.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and regional teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and initiatives.
• Follow established workflows and templates to deliver projects efficiently.
• Stay updated on compliance and industry guidelines to ensure all content meets required standards.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Russian (C1), with good command of English (at least B2).
• Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (flexible on subject area).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work (to be provided with the application).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization best practices.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about storytelling and content development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
