Requirements- Prior experience in a customer support capacity.

- Robust technical acumen with the capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL is required.
- Adept at working efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
A centrally located office;
Salary is open to negotiation depending on the candidate's experience and skills;
Working hours are from 9:00 to 18:00.
