Logistics Specialist

BAKOTECH is an international True Value-Added IT Distributor with more than 20 years of experience in implementing innovative technological IT solutions. We are looking for a Logistics Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Interacting with shipping companies, shippers, and cargo recipients.
• Collaborating with customs brokers: submitting and receiving the necessary documents for customs clearance.
• Administering logistics and warehouse documentation (scanning, record-keeping, storage, etc.).
• Preparing documents for product conformity assessment and certification; liaising with conformity assessment bodies and government agencies, and maintaining the relevant documentation.
• Preparing standard contracts (including those in English).
• Drafting letters to government agencies on logistics matters.
• Maintaining internal reporting (primary accounting).

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the fundamentals of customs and transport legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• Understanding of procedures for developing business plans, agreements, and contracts.
• Knowledge of requirements for preparing supply, transport, warehouse, sales, and financial documentation.
• Fluency in Russian.
• English at a business correspondence level (B1+ or higher).
• Knowledge of regulatory and legal acts governing commercial activities.
• Understanding of logistics forecasting and planning principles.
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of logistics economics.
