Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Retention Manager located in Urgut. The Customer Retention Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction. The role involves analyzing customer data, addressing customer issues, and developing communication plans to foster customer loyalty. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer interactions, resolving queries, conducting satisfaction surveys, and providing exceptional customer service.

- Analytical Skills to analyze customer data and identify trends
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Ability to work on-site in Urgut
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a customer-centric role preferred
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
