Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Yunusabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a sales team to meet and exceed targets, and building strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include leading sales meetings, conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and reporting on sales performance. The Sales Manager will also work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and prepare performance reports
- Familiarity with CRM software and understanding of AI-powered tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the retail or e-commerce industry is highly desirable
