Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Tashkent for a Senior Manager Internal Audit. The role involves planning and executing comprehensive internal audits, evaluating financial records, ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls, and identifying any potential risks or areas of non-compliance. The Senior Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, prepare detailed reports, and provide recommendations aimed at improving operational efficiency and compliance standards. The position also includes guiding and mentoring audit team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to assess and interpret complex data
  • Expertise in Finance and Accounting principles
  • Proficiency in evaluating Internal Controls to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Experience in conducting Financial Audits and reporting findings effectively
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIA is strongly preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management practices
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
