Role Description

This is a part-time role for a Strategic HR Consultant, based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The Strategic HR Consultant will work on developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company's global vision while addressing local business needs. Responsibilities include managing HR policies and practices, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering employee relations, and providing strategic guidance on workforce planning and development. The consultant will collaborate with leadership to support organizational change, promote a positive work culture, and align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Human Resources (HR) functions, including workforce planning and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in HR Management and developing HR strategies to drive organizational goals.
  • Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations management.
  • Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in a multinational organization, particularly in the technology or manufacturing industries, is a plus.
