Requirements

• Fluent English (C1 level) – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong Analytical Skills – Ability to break down complex problems, analyze data, and present solutions clearly.
• Clear and Structured Writing – Proven ability to articulate thoughts effectively in a well-organized manner.
• Basic Understanding of Software Development – Familiarity with core concepts like programming languages, tech stacks, CI/CD, Cloud, and AI.
• Educational Background – Coursework in business analysis, economics, or financial analysis.
• Preferred: Background in computer science or business IT.
• Passion for Technology – Regularly follows tech news, podcasts, and emerging industry trends.
• Growth Mindset – A strong desire to learn, adapt, and improve continuously.
  

Responsibilities

• Support your PM Lead in managing projects, from planning to execution.
• Write clear, detailed tasks, epics, and user stories for the development team.
• Actively participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and client calls.
• Test software functionality and provide detailed bug reports.
• Assist in creating technical specifications and client proposals.
• Coordinate and schedule video calls with the dev team and clients, ensuring smooth communication.
