Requirements

• English Proficiency (B2 or higher) – Clear and effective communication, especially when explaining complex technical concepts.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills – Strong logical thinking and ability to break down complex issues.
• Proficiency in Programming – Strong knowledge of at least one language (Python preferred, Java, C, or JavaScript).
• Algorithmic Thinking – Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Project Portfolio – Academic or personal projects that showcase your programming skills.
• Passion for Technology and AI – Actively follows tech news, podcasts, or YouTube channels related to technology, startups, and AI.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the software development team on various tasks and projects.
• Learn and work with our primary tech stack: JavaScript (React, TypeScript), Python, and .NET.
• Develop smaller software components under the guidance of senior developers.
• Build quick MVPs using AI coding tools like Lovable, Firebase Studio, and Replit.
• Master proper prompting techniques to enhance software development efficiency.
• Debug software created with AI tools and assist in troubleshooting.
• Explore and integrate various AI tools to build scalable software faster and more efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews and receive feedback from experienced developers.
• Work with project managers to build API integrations, including no-code and low-code solutions (e.g., Zapier).
• Utilize no-code and low-code platforms to create rapid prototypes.
