Product Manager

Evertech is a product development company that helps US-based startups and enterprises launch innovative products and scale their engineering teams. We specialize in product development, staff augmentation and AI-driven tech solutions, working with fast-growing companies that need to move quickly without compromising quality.
We're a tight-knit, globally distributed team with experience at companies like Amazon and WebMD, and we're growing fast. Our clients include VC-backed startups and established US enterprises. If you're passionate about building the next big thing and want to learn what it really takes to scale a product in the wild, this internship might be for you.
Our Values (read before applying)We move fast, take ownership, and expect everyone to bring ideas, not just follow instructions. You won't be given a daily checklist. You'll be expected to figure things out, ask questions, and make things happen. We work smart (with AI), stay curious, and support each other like a crew. No office politics, no fluff, just impact, learning, and growth.
About the RoleWe're looking for a hands-on, sharp, and curious Product Manager Intern who wants to break into the world of product management by actually doing the work, not just watching from the sidelines.
You'll be working closely with senior team members (Product, Engineering, and Founders) to research users, define features, write specs, and ship things fast. We'll give you guidance, but we're counting on you to take ownership, ask smart questions, and help move real projects forward. The products you'll work on are targeted for the US market primarily, so you'll get a chance to learn more about the biggest and most dynamic market in the world.
If you're obsessed with products, startups, and making things better, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities- Work with Product Leads and Engineers to support roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
- Research users, competitors, and industry trends to generate insights.
- Write feature specs and user stories in Notion or other tools.
- Help manage our product backlog, keep tasks organized, and track delivery timelines.
- Assist in QA testing and feedback collection post-launch.
- Communicate clearly across teams: Product, Design, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Bring fresh ideas to improve user experience and product usability.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Super organized and comfortable with digital tools like Notion, Google Docs, Sheets, and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, or similar).
- A quick learner with a strong interest in tech, startups, and how digital products are built.
- Ability to work independently and figure things out without hand-holding.
- You don't need prior PM experience, but you should be eager to learn and apply yourself.
- Some exposure to product management, UX design, or software development.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Loom, or Jira.
- Basic understanding of Agile or Lean product development.
Benefits
- Mentorship from product leads and founders with real startup experience.
- Exposure to real product development processes and live client projects.
- Flexible work environment - hybrid from our Tashkent office.
- Learning, feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Potential path to a paid role for high-performing interns.
- No micromanagement—freedom to own and grow.
This is an unpaid internship. Best suited for students, recent grads, or career switchers looking to gain hands-on product experience and build a portfolio that stands out.
Apply now if you're excited to build, learn, and make things better.
