An innovative content leader is required to spearhead our sports content strategy, driving engagement and audience growth through creative storytelling.

• We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in content planning, distribution, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sports media trends, formats, and audiences.
• Key responsibilities include developing and executing a content strategy, leading a team of writers, editors, designers, and video creators, and ensuring alignment with the brand's tone of voice and overall marketing goals.
• The selected candidate will be responsible for full content production oversight, including articles, videos, podcasts, social media posts, and special formats, while managing production processes for offline shoots, on-site events, and video shows.

• A bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in content management for media projects, including website and social media.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team and set tasks, control deadlines, provide feedback, and improve team performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
