Diverse Recruitment Specialist

Are you a motivated, fast-learning professional seeking to gain hands-on experience in tech recruiting? We're looking for a talented individual to support our talent acquisition team. As a Recruiter Intern, you'll work closely with our lead recruiter and hiring managers to source top talent, screen applicants, and coordinate the recruiting process.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates on LinkedIn, HeadHunter, and other platforms.
• Assist with screening and coordinating candidate interviews.
• Update and maintain our ATS and candidate database.
• Help draft job descriptions and outreach messages.
• Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement efforts.
• Assist with onboarding tasks and HR coordination as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Notion, etc.
• A genuine interest in tech, startups, and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous internship or project experience in HR/recruiting is a plus, but not required.
