PPP Project Coordinator for Infrastructure Development

The European Bank for Reconstruction & Development is seeking a highly skilled PPP Project Coordinator to support the delivery of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects in the Eurasia region. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and management of infrastructure PPP projects from planning stage to financial close.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in overseeing the region's pipeline of PPP projects;
- Coordinate with public clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery;
- Prepare concept notes, Terms of Reference, and other project documents;
- Manage relationships with external consultants and procurement teams;
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies;
- Collaborate with the EBRD's internal teams, including the Procurement Department, to ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures;
- Develop and maintain relationships with donors and other stakeholders to secure funding and support for projects;
- Provide input into project design and development, ensuring alignment with the bank's goals and objectives;
- Proven experience in PPPs, including advisory on PPP transactions and a clear understanding of the infrastructure lifecycle;
- A demonstrated track record of project-based experience in the infrastructure sector, particularly in roads, rail, municipal utilities, urban transport, and social infrastructure;
- Excellent project management skills, including ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including public clients, consultants, and internal teams;
- Proficiency in Russian or Uzbek and English; and
- Familiarity with the EBRD's policies and procedures, as well as relevant international best practices.
