Production Manager Fertilizer

Job Purpose

1. Achieve the production target of SSP, ASSP & NPK including reprocessing due to quality deviation & maintain the quality of product.

2. compliance of HSE in operation i.e. Execution of Emission, Effluent management, Injury prevention

3. Do the production planning as per Business plan and manage the production team.

Core Responsibilities

1. Adherence of annual business plan and achieve the monthly production target with Adherence to on-spec targets.

2. Control the process parameters and quality management

3. Overall responsibility of control of emission, safety and prevention of pollution at workplace to ensure the emission meets the regulatory requirements.

4. Reduction of specific consumption of gas, electricity over budget and reduction of Fixed cost and repair & maintenance cost over the budget.

5. Reduction in financial losses due to downtime, rejections, rework, consumption norms

6. Co-ordinate with other departments for the smooth production run

7. Manage the various aspects like Record keeping, MIS, overtime reduction, emphasis on the skill development of employees, maintain 5S and provide kaizens for process improvements.

8. Adherence to project includes improvement, CAPEX, OPEX etc feasibility study etc. and achievement of timelines for Project executions.

9. Development of new products as per customer demand.

10. Adoption of best industrial practices to achieve the benchmarking target in energy & resource utilization.

11. Adhere the ESG guidelines & ensure the safety parameters to be complied
