This role suits a highly analytical finance professional with strong stakeholder management and cross -border project experience.Key RequirementsMaster's degree in Finance10+ years' experience in financial or corporate advisory, banking, investment, or similar sectorsBackground in infrastructure finance / project finance preferredAbility to analyze and review financial models, valuations, due -diligence outputs, and financing structuresStrong understanding of PPP frameworks, debt/equity instruments, and capital structuringStrong relationships with regional government entities, lenders, developers, and investorsProfessional proficiency in RussianStrong commercial mindset and the ability to deliver under tight timelinesAbility to mentor and guide junior team membersRole ResponsibilitiesLead transaction delivery and coordinate with multiple stakeholdersReview financial models, valuations, and project documentationSupport and structure bankable financing solutions for clientsManage client interaction, gather information, and present recommendationsSupport business development across CIS marketsContribute to proposals, reports, summaries, presentations, and negotiationsWork effectively in a multicultural, multidisciplinary team
