IMAN Capital LTD
 is a fast-growing fintech company providing modern financial solutions based on Islamic finance principles. We are expanding our team and looking for an 
Economist / Financial Analyst
 who is passionate about data, analysis, and driving business performance.

What You'll Do

• Analyze product turnover, installment sales, and profitability across categories.
• Forecast demand, plan procurement, and monitor stock levels.
• Support pricing strategy: calculate discounts, promotions, and special offers.
• Prepare analytical reports and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Work with 
  1C
   and 
  Excel
   (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Procurement teams to support planning and budgeting.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or installment-based business (preferred).
• Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of 1C.
• Understanding of pricing, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in 
  Uzbek
   and 
  Russian
   (C1).
