Order Processing Coordinator

Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Order Processing Coordinator
to support our Molding business across Europe, the UK, and Turkey. The ideal candidate will manage purchase orders, ensure data accuracy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to process improvements and automation.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Release Purchasing Orders for Molding business in Europe, UK, and Turkey within defined timelines.
• Review pricing data and correct discrepancies as needed.
• Communicate with Molding Specialists and the Sales Team to resolve any issues.
• Identify and liaise with manufacturers for automated orders; escalate issues to engineers and auditors when necessary.
• Proactively identify potential process improvements on a monthly basis and collaborate cross-functionally to increase process automation.
