We are looking for an experienced and inspiring IB Diploma Programme Coordinator to join our leadership team from August 2026. This is a unique opportunity to lead a growing international school through its Diploma Programme implementation and beyond, shaping excellence and innovation in international education.

About the Role

The DP Coordinator will:

• Lead the ongoing development, implementation, and evaluation of the IB Diploma Programme

• Oversee curriculum alignment, and assessment quality

• Mentor and support DP teachers in planning and delivery

• Ensure student success through academic guidance, ATL development, and university readiness

• Teach one or more DP subjects: English B, French B, Spanish B, ESS, History, Economics, or Business Management

Requirements

• Master's degree (Education, Leadership, or relevant field)

• Minimum 5 years of full-time experience as an IB DP Coordinator

• Proven record of high student outcomes and successful IB evaluation cycles

• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

• Excellent command of English (neutral accent)

• International school experience

Preferred

• IB Examiner / IBEN Member

• Doctorate or advanced leadership qualification

• Multilingual skills

• Experience with reauthorization or accreditation processes
