UX\UI Designer

Job Title: Figma Designer (Mid-Level, Senior Level, 3+ years experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a Figma Designer with at least 3 years of professional UI/UX design experience. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clean, modern, and user-friendly designs for our web platform — including desktop, laptop, and mobile versions. You will work closely with product managers and developers to bring ideas to life through visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality UI/UX layouts in Figma for web applications across multiple screen sizes (desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile).

Create detailed wireframes, user flows, design systems, and interactive prototypes.

Collaborate with the product and development teams to translate business requirements into user-centric designs.

Ensure designs follow best practices in accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.

Prepare and deliver organized Figma files, components, and design assets for developers.

Conduct quick user research, competitor analysis when needed.

Maintain visual consistency across the entire platform using shared styles and component libraries, color palettes.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.

Strong portfolio showcasing web platform designs and responsive layouts created in Figma.

Excellent command of Figma tools: components, auto-layout, variables, prototyping, etc.

Solid understanding of responsive design, design systems, and modern UI patterns.

Ability to manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus but not required.
