Job Description

Looking for an Agronomist to manage cotton cultivation end-to-end, from soil preparation to harvesting, ensuring efficient use of resources and high yields.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise soil prep (mulching, chiseling, discing, leveling, fertilization).
  • Oversee crop cycle: planting, irrigation, spraying, harvesting.
  • Manage manpower (supervisors, irrigators, field workers).
  • Implement pest & disease management.
  • Ensure timely execution of agronomic practices.
  • Report daily/weekly progress and coordinate machinery use.

Key Skills

  • Strong knowledge of cotton cultivation & agronomy.
  • Field operations & mechanized farming experience.
  • Familiarity with ago-implements.
  • Leadership, reporting & MS Office skills.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture (Agronomy preferred).
  • 5 - 7 years agricultural experience (cotton preferred).
  • English required; Uzbek/Russian a plus.
