Utility-scale PV projects mandatory

BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems)

• BESS Engineers (Electrical/Controls)
• BESS Commissioning Specialists
• BESS Safety & Quality Professionals
• BESS Operations & Maintenance Engineers

Education:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech

Experience:
Hands-on BESS project execution & commissioning

OHTL (Overhead Transmission Line)

• OHTL Engineers
• OHTL Construction Supervisors
• Tower Erection Engineers
• OHTL QA/QC Engineers
• Testing & Commissioning Specialists

Education:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech

Experience:
132kV / 220kV / 400kV line projects mandatory

Substation (AIS/GIS – 110kV/220kV/400kV)

• Substation Engineers
• Testing & Commissioning Engineers (HV/EHV)
• Protection & Control Engineers
• Substation Construction Managers
• Civil Engineers (Substation Foundations, Control Room, GIS Building)

Education:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech

Experience:
AIS/GIS Substation (110kV/220kV/400kV)

EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)

• HSE Officers / Supervisors
• Safety Engineers – Solar/OHTL/Substation
• HSE Managers for EPC Projects
• HSE Auditors & Compliance Specialists

Education:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech

Experience: Solar / Power / Transmission safety

Eligibility Criteria

Strong experience in
Solar (PV), BESS, OHTL, Substations, or EHS

Minimum 3–15 years of relevant Renewable Energy experience

Must have experience in
utility-scale
projects

Strong technical knowledge + on-site project handling capability

Ready for onsite deployment to
Uzbekistan

Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred

Excellent communication & team coordination skills
