We are looking for an experienced and driven
Hotel Manager
to join our management team and take responsibility for the overall operations of one of our hotels. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is ready to contribute to a large international project and grow their career in hospitality leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of hotel departments, ensuring smooth service delivery across all areas.
  • Lead and support department heads, building an engaged and motivated team culture.
  • Ensure consistently high standards of guest experience, service quality, and brand presentation.
  • Manage budgets, monitor costs, and support revenue growth through operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing innovative solutions and best practices in hospitality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and local legislation.
  • Represent the hotel in interactions with guests, partners, and stakeholders.

What We Expect:

  • Proven experience in hotel management or senior operations role within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of financial management and operational planning.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Uzbek and Russian will be an advantage.
