Job Opening – Factory Manager (Gazgan, Navoiy region, Uzbekistan)
About the Role:
We are looking for a Factory Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our granite factory in Gazgan. The role requires a responsible and hands-on manager who can plan production, manage workers, track inventory, and ensure smooth operation of all machinery and processes. You will work closely with senior management of the factory and lead a team of Indian and Uzbek workers.

At Edifice Aspire, we own and manage multiple mines, where we extract and process natural stone, and supply it to construction companies and resellers across Uzbekistan, Russia, Kazakhstan, and other countries in Central Asia. Since our founding in 2022, we've grown rapidly and are now at a pivotal moment in our journey — scaling operations and becoming increasingly profitable. Stone Hub currently employs 75+ staff and achieved a turnover of $X million last year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage factory production to ensure timely delivery of all granite orders
- Prepare production and delivery plans — decide which orders to cut, on which machines, and in what order
- Oversee machine performance and ensure they run at optimum capacity
- Arrange spare parts and consumables on time to ensure no stoppage in production
- Implement and improve factory processes to increase efficiency
- Ensure quality control and high production standards
- Plan and Track worker schedules and daily attendance, and arrange replacements in case of absences
- Arrange electricians or repairmen in case of breakdown
- Oversee inventory of granite slabs, spare parts, diesel, blades, water, and other consumables
- Make and share Excel reports of daily operations to senior management
Required Skills:
- Previous experience managing a factory or production facility (any industry)
- Must speak proficient Russian [English is a plus]
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Strong organizational and planning skills, improving processes and productivity
- Data-driven and proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage mixed teams (Indian & Uzbek workers)
Salary & Hours:
- 7.5 Million UZS/month
- Work Hours: Monday to Saturday [10hrs/day]
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the granite/marble industry
- Proficiency in English is a plus
